However, it is not recommended for people who are afraid of putting their face in water. - How many days in advance should I make a reservation?
- Please make your reservation as early as possible.
If there are vacant seats, you can still participate on the day by telephone. But depending on the preparation of staff and equipment, we may not be able to meet your request.
Also, during busy periods such as weekends, holidays, and summer vacation, the tour on your desired date may be fully booked.
Once you have decided on the date and number of people, we recommend making your reservation as early as possible. - Is there a cancellation fee?
- In the case of cancellation due to customer’s convenience, the following cancellation fee will be charged from 5 days in advance.
This also applies to a reduction in the number of people. note that.
5 to 2 days before: 50%, the day before: 100%, on the day 100% - What do I need to bring?
- Swimsuit or underwear (wearing under the wetsuit), towel, change of clothes, water shoes, or sneakers that you don’t mind getting wet (with heels, laces. No Crocs).
In rare cases, contact lenses may be lost or glasses may be damaged or lost.
If you are concerned, we recommend wearing goggles or a glasses band. - Will the tour be held even if it rains?
- In principle, the event will be held in the rain .
If the river is deemed dangerous due to rising water, the tour will be canceled according to our company regulations.
At that time, you can change to another tour such as rafting if you wish. (Only if seats are available on other tours) - Can I choose the course I want?
- For canyoning, you can choose courses along the Kurobe River and Jinzu River.
Furthermore, even within the river, there are courses of different levels such as easy, hard, and special hard.
If you let us know your wishes, such as “I want to have an exciting experience!” or “I want to get in touch with nature,” we will let you know about recommended courses.
Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the weather, number of customers, etc. - When is the best season?
- The canyoning season is from June to late October, and it’s interesting to be able to feel the changes in nature.
In early summer when the snow melts and there is a lot of water, the fresh greenery is beautiful, and in midsummer the water feels great!
Autumn is the best season to enjoy the beautiful autumn leaves…everything during this period is the best season!
- What are the phone and email reception hours?
- Telephone and email reception hours are from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Cancellations made the day before will only be accepted until 8pm.
Please note that any calls received after 8pm will be treated as cancellations on the same day.
